Tripboard help
Start a trip
Create your account, design your character and share your friend code from your profile. In My trips, create a trip and a group. You can choose the destination and travel dates later.
Invite friends
Open your group and invite people using their full friend code, including # and the four digits. The invitation appears in their My trips screen. They gain access to the group after accepting.
Suggest and vote
Use Suggest to find flights, stays, rental cars, places and experiences. Proposals appear on the Board, where the group can vote for or against them. The trip’s voting rule determines how many votes are needed. Agreed means a group decision, not a booking.
Plan, Board and Map
The Plan arranges items by day and highlights open questions. The Board collects ideas and votes. The Map shows places and the trip’s route; it is not turn-by-turn navigation. Use Choose day to schedule ideas without a date.
Prices and bookings
Prices are snapshots at the displayed time. Sample prices are explicitly labelled and are not bookable offers. Check the final price, availability and conditions with the provider before booking there. Tripboard does not complete bookings.
Without internet
The iPhone app can display a previously loaded plan. Voting, editing and searching require a connection. Unsent actions are not automatically performed later; check the displayed status and retry when you are online.
Report and block
Open an item, comment or person’s menu to report inappropriate content. You can block someone from their profile. Blocking does not remove either person from a shared group. Go to Profile → Blocked people to unblock someone.
Delete your account
In the iPhone app, go to Profile → Delete account. Read the consequences and confirm with your password. If you lead a group, you may need to transfer leadership first. The preview explains what happens to your shared content.
